Which rule applies: 1. this employee at this project · 2. this employee at any project · 3. this job title at this project · 4. this job title at any project. One allowance per day — if someone works at two projects on the same day, the project where they spent most hours counts. Days with “No project” earn nothing. Amounts appear on the payslip as Project Allowance — automatic and are charged to the project in labour costing. Manual amounts on Monthly Entries are added on top.

Holidays apply to the whole company: they are not counted as leave days, nobody is marked missing or absent, and there is no late/early deduction. Anyone who works on a holiday is paid extra for that day (see Settings).

To add a user: Supabase → Authentication → Users → Add user → Create new user → enter their email and a temporary password → tick Auto Confirm User → Create user. Then click ⟳ Refresh list here, choose their role and click Save.
To reset a password: Supabase → Authentication → Users → click the user → Reset password, or delete and re-create them. To remove access untick Active — it takes effect immediately.
